  The Condition of Use statement applies to the use of this Great Lengths of Denver website.  Please read thoroughly, if you do not agree with the statements herein, do not use this website.  If you do access the website, and / or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these statements set forth below.
   
  • How to Order:All orders can be placed online through the Website.  Please do not e-mail your card details to us.  No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.  All orders subject to availability.
  • Method of Payment: You can pay either by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or Amex.  It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card.  Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.
  • Out-of-Stock: If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address, within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Allow approximately 7 to 14 days for all out of stock items to ship, if available.
  • Out of stock items may not be displayed as such on our website.
  • Backordered items will be shipped via the shipping method selected on your order - partial orders may be held until completely filled before shipped.
  • Pricing Policy: All products on www.greatlengthsofdenver.com are priced in US dollars, unless specified otherwise.  If the website currencies selector is use, Great Lengths of Denver does is in no way responsible for exchange rate accuracy or any additional banking fees if so charged on your final credit card or banking statement.   Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.
  • Backorders: We carry a limit selection of products, therefore, there may be times when demand is greater than supply or we are introducing a new product line and do not yet have a feel for inventory requirements.
  • Returns: Great Lengths of Denver is committed to serving our customers. If you feel the product you have purchased is not satisfactory or is not performing to your expectations, please first review our "Shipping & Returns" policy at www.greatlengthsofdenver.com/shipping.php and then if you feel you wish to proceed with your return call or e-mail us to discuss your situation. We would appreciate the opportunity to make address the issue to your expectations.
  • If an order has an item that is not in inventory then the order will be held until the item is received or one week, whichever is shorter.  At that time the order will be sent and a new invoice may be created for the backordered items.
  • Complaints: We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible.   In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to sales@greatlengthsofdenver.com, or mailed to the Complaints Dept., C/O: Vision 2 Reality, Inc., PO Box 623, Evergreen CO 80437.  We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 7 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter.
